Cranford Street Fest Spring – May 19, 2024
— RUN OF SHOW —

7:00 – 11:00 am:          ~SET UP~

7:00 – 7:30 am:
Kevin and Kim arrive.
- Kevin to confirm marked spaces (marked from previous night).
- Kim to distribute Vendor Check-In signicades.
- Kevin and Kim to distribute tents, tables, chairs

7:30 – 7:45am:            
Staff arrive. Kevin and Kim to assign areas.
- Tara (Check in 1): North Union Ave.
- Laurie (Check in 2): Alden St.
- Natasha (Check in 3): Alden St.
- Kim and Kevin float between all three streets  

8:00 – 10:30 am:         
Vendor Arrival; two check-in areas.
- You will greet cars at your designated check-in area and walk them to their assigned space. You will instruct all other cars behind them to wait at the signicade until motioned forward.
- All cars MUST face the direction of traffic on the street.
- All vendors must unload quickly next to their space, leaving room for cars to drive around them. They must move their car BEFORE setting up their tent/booth display.

10:30 – 11:00 am:       
All vehicles to leave event streets. No cars permitted to drive into the event area after 10:30AM.
- Kevin to set up Marketspace information booth.

11:00 – 5:00 pm:          ~EVENT~

11:00 – 12:00 pm:      
Tara: Break / Grab Food
Laurie: Clicker and hand out event cards in Marketspace booth
Natasha: Check on vendors and offer to booth sit or get them food
Kim: Check on vendors and offer to booth sit or get them food
Kevin: Check on vendors and offer to booth sit or get them food

12:00 – 1:00 pm:         
Tara: Clicker and hand out event cards in Marketspace booth
Laurie: Break / Grab Food
Natasha: Break / Grab Food
Kim: Check on vendors and offer to booth sit or get them food
Kevin: Check on vendors and offer to booth sit or get them food

1:00 – 2:00 pm:   
Tara: Departs at 1pm

5:00 – 7:00 pm:            ~Breakdown~

- Natasha (Check in 1): North Union Ave.
- Laurie (Check in 2): Alden St.
- Kim and Kevin float between all three streets  

4:00 – 6:00 pm:    
- Vendors need approval from Marketspace staff to get their car.
- Vendors will pack all items and take down tent before getting their car.
- All cars MUST face the same direction on the street.
- Cars will come in through the same check-in numbers they were assigned for arrival.
