Kim Kraemer
Kim is a graduate of Rutgers University and Kean University Nathan Weiss Graduate College holding a Master’s Degree in Psychology. She is the Founder of Marketspace Vendor Events, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset, perspective as a maker, and experience in both start-ups and organizational Operations to her coaching. Fueled by a genuine desire to see small business owners succeed, Kim’s coaching style expands beyond empathy to help you outline a clear path to your goals. Kim has earned a Coaching Certificate from Erickson International and is working toward globally recognized ICF certification.

Scott Doyne
Scott is a University of Michigan graduate with honors in Sports Management and Communications and holds an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Marketing from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He’s a 25 year veteran of the sports media industry, now leveraging his experience to help small business owners succeed. Scott’s versatile career spans leadership roles in production, product management, analytics, strategy, business development and general management. He was most recently SVP for Warner Bros Discovery Sports, partnering with major leagues including the NBA, MLB, NCAA, NHL and NASCAR.
Based on his passion for helping others, Scott is now training with Erickson Coaching International and pursuing certification from the International Coaching Federation.
