Hi, my name is Carlos Serrano and I am the founder and owner of New Jersey's fastest growing food truck business, Empanada Guy.  I started my journey 16 years ago out of my garage selling empanadas wholesale to restaurants.

We are now famous for our empanadas, Cuban sandwiches, and other Latin cuisine. After the first bite you won’t be able to stop!

In June of 2012, we rolled out our first food truck and, through the help of social media, we have connected with customers and created a loyal fan base. With hard work and interaction with our followers, Empanada Guy has expanded to 9 food trucks, 1 restaurant, and 2 mall locations. Even still, the company continues to grow!
